Meet the Team

My name is Mursal Samim, Founder and Director of Australia CareNest.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mental Health Psychology, and helping people has always been at the heart of who I am. 

I was born and lived in a place, where I witnessed many people living without the support they needed. Those experiences shaped my compassion and inspired me to dedicate my life to helping others.

Today, I am proud to provide disability support services in Australia. What started as a job soon became my purpose and my dream. Every day, I have the privilege of supporting people to live more independent, meaningful, and joyful lives while giving their families peace of mind.

For me, success is not measured by financial gain, it’s measured by the smiles of our participants, the confidence they build, and the difference we make in their lives. I truly believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live with dignity, happiness, and the support they need to reach their full potential.

This belief is the foundation of Australia CareNest and continues to guide everything we do.
